This wool / foam combo pad is the only pad you need for any polishing job! Designed by Edge and part of the Edge 2000 / 3000 system, the special wool blend allows heavy cutting of wet sanding scratches (down to 1000 grit) yet finishes fine enough to allow final polishing by the 100 PPI foam pad on the flip side.

The standard or industrial adaptor (required) allows quick changes from one side to the other. The wool side has a special wear indicator, revealing red fibers when the pad is close to being worn out, to protect you from damaging a vehicle's finish.

Also, since you have one pad, you never have to put it down. You'll always have your pad with you and it will stay cleaner, because it will always be attached to your buffer.

To remove scratches, scuffs or oxidation, use SYSTEM ONE X3 Cutting Polish.
